Chop Wood, Carry Texas 3/16
Hey, Team Texas!
It’s been a minute—sorry this list has been quiet, but I haven’t been hearing about a lot of volunteer opportunities in Texas. I suspect that’s about to change, though!
Speaking of which, the Environmental Voter Project—one of my favorite, favorite orgs—is having an event in two weeks that will be well worth attending.
Please join them on Tuesday, April 2 at 8pm ET for an in-depth data briefing and fundraiser to support the Environmental Voter Project's voter mobilization work in Texas.
Texas holds one of this year's most important US Senate races, at least 3 competitive US House races, and multiple important mayoral elections, so EVP is eager to run their most robust campaign there ever. Crucially, they also need sufficient funding to begin speaking with their targeted voters in multiple special and runoff elections this May and June, so they need their April 2 briefing + fundraiser to be particularly successful.
Please RSVP here for the log-in credentials. You're welcome to donate ahead of time here.
This is a great organization doing smart and important work. I hope you’ll be able to attend!
More soon!
