I know it’s been a minute. Hope you’re all hanging in there. I have a couple of fun, impactful Texas-related opportunities for you:

🌵 First, I’m co-hosting a fundraiser on Saturday here in L.A. in support of the Movement Voter Project’s partner groups in Texas. It’ll feature: Caro Ramirez, the Texas State Advisor from the Movement Voter Project, Claudia Yoli Ferla, the Executive Director of MOVE Texas, and Carisa Lopez, the Political Director of Texas Freedom Network. Does anyone want to come (if they’re in L.A.) and/or donate (if they’re not)?

If you’re not aware of MVP they are an amazing organization—one of my all-time favorites—that basically funds top-performing grassroots organizations in key states.

Hope you can help me raise big money for them!

🌵Second, Beto for Texas is now hosting letter writing parties three times a week!

Letter Writing parties are a great opportunity to meet other Beto for Texas volunteers and get trained on the Beto letter writing process. After a brief training, you'll all write letters to Texas voters together!
